INTRO TO DIGITAL INFRARED 3-6-2012
Looking to experiment with something new in your photography? Then come join us for this evening workshop where we’ll be discussing techniques and tools used to create digital infrared photos. Anyone who has ever shot infrared in the “film” days knows just how uncertain and expensive infrared was in those days. With current digital technology, this exciting look is predictable, inexpensive and totally fun!
You’ll learn how to shoot normal photos with your digital camera and then create “pseudo” infrared color or black & white in Photoshop. It’s amazing how close you can come to a “true” infrared look with this technique. Also, we’ll be discussing how to convert a digital camera strictly for infrared shooting, explaining the shooting and post-processing techniques that will create these unique photos.
